The Quality Scheme provides a recognized quality standard for conveyancing practices help you and your practice to demonstrate expertise to potential clients, helping them to make decision. Quality Scheme are awarded to practices and individuals. Quality Scheme establishes a level of credibility for service standards to ensure transparency in process, costs and communications. It outlines required practices for will drafting, probate and estate administration to help address common risks, errors and inconsistencies that arise in delivering advice. International Certification Authority has launched this qualification scheme based on experience and expertise. We invited the experienced and the experts to judge those each scheme with various levels badge. We wish to set up a world-wide recognized database to award each scheme for continual involvement:
- Provide a registrar for the artist to maintain his her status as performer
- To set a benchmark assessment for public recognition
- To validate and encourage performer to the continual growth of his her value
Communities of excellence
The schemes promote high standards in legal service provision and ensure that clients are easily able to identify legal practitioners with proven competency in given areas of law. They also ensure that scheme members maintain relevant standards of competency and expertise by means of periodic reselection, re-accreditation and re-authorisation. Dynamic process and members are actively engaged in shaping and directing the development of each scheme, sharing best practice and contributing to standards.
